How much fat is too much?
On July 3 I eliminated rice, so now totally grain free. No sugar. Occasional bowl of fresh blueberries or cherries but no other fruits. Very low carbs,basically just Veggies (no starchy ones like yams or squash) and a Bulletproof Bite when hungry so maybe 3x. Moderate protein. I'm gaining belly fat! Yesterday I calculated my fat grams for the first time as I was under the assumption that I could have as much as I wanted. I have 2, sometimes 3 BPC and eat at around 2 or 3. Then something smaller at 6 or 7. So, I saw that my fat grams were reaching 250. Either I'm eating too much fat or my body is not totally burning fat. I do register slight ketones. Anyone have ideas?
