No Caffeine Detox / Protocol

Hi all,

I have four weeks off work coming up soon and was planning on using this time to try and kick my addiction to caffeine, more as a reset and then re-introduce at a new lower level, rather then complete elimination forever.

Be interested to hear from anyone who has done anything similar and any tips, tricks, supps, etc, that maybe helped you through the expected withdrawal (although without just replacing caffeine with something else!)
