Can anyone point me in the direction of some dumbbell workouts for full body weight loss and lean muscle? I have an elyptical for cardio but want to add some core workouts if possible.

here are some idea..
start with 5-10 lbs and go up if that feels to easy, complete 3 sets of 15 with 30 brake in between each set
2. step back lunge
3. bridge with weights (15 R leg up)(15 L leg up)
4. Plank Row
5. bicept curls
6. hummer curls
7. sholder press
8. tricpet kick back
10. push ups
11. tricept push ups
finisher rounds 20 jump squats, 20 plyo lunges, 20 squats no weight, 20 lunge pulse each leg
sholder taps in plant for 1 min, 1 min slow count push ups 1,2,3 count
