Jarrow Formulas Methyl Folate vs Bulletproof Methyl Folate?

I'm a bit confused on Dave's recommendation for Methyl Folate. Specifically, Dave recommends 800 mcg of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), however the Bulletproof Methyl Folate contains 800 mcg DFE (as (6S)-5-methylfolate, glucosamine salt).

Does 5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF) = DFE (as (6S)-5-methylfolate, glucosamine salt)?

That said, Jarrow Formulas Methyl Folate contains (6S-5-methyltetrahydrofolic acid glucosamine salt). Is there a difference between this and Bulletproof Methyl Folate?

Thanks!
