Wondering if it is ok to simply mix BP Collagen in my yogurt in the morning.
Any disadvantages that I should know about?
I could be wrong about this, but consuming collagen powder with yogurt (a protein-rich food) may result in poor absorption of the collagen. My understanding is that one can only make use of so much protein at once, and the proteins in the yogurt might be preferentially absorbed, thus minimizing the positive effects of collagen consumption.
If it were me, I'd take it separately.
