Resistant Starch Potato Starch Prebiotic
I have a big thing of potato starch and have seen benefits when i take it at night on an empty stomach.
Recently i've been going to the gym a lot and ideally would be able to mix a protien shake with the potato starch. Will this make it harder for the beneficial bacteria to digest the resistant starch? What is your favorite time to take resitant starch. Do you always have it by itself?
