Does anyone dunk their face in cold water to help sleep per Dave's advice ?
I remember awhile back Dave offered a tip for better sleep which was to essentially dunk your face in very cold water for about 30sec which i assume produces a similar effect to taking a brief cold shower .... to lower body temp so sleep comes more easily ..... has anyone out there tried this hack and did it work ? I'm not into cold showers so i figured this hack might be a good compromise. Thanx in advance for your feedback !!
