Help on eating on the run

HI People,

I've just started the bulletproof diet and like most I don't have a kitchen at work and as I spend most of my day running in and out of meetings. Does anyone have any easy supermarket purchases I can buy and stay on track?



  • Sardines, Avocados, boiled egg, collagen bars are my go-to's since I do a lot of travel for work. All can be eaten without cooking so it comes in handy.

  • Try to find some meal plans on the internet that you can cook and prepare at home.
    I'm surely you can find ones fit for your diet!
