I've just started the bulletproof diet and like most I don't have a kitchen at work and as I spend most of my day running in and out of meetings. Does anyone have any easy supermarket purchases I can buy and stay on track?
Sardines, Avocados, boiled egg, collagen bars are my go-to's since I do a lot of travel for work. All can be eaten without cooking so it comes in handy.
Try to find some meal plans on the internet that you can cook and prepare at home.
I'm surely you can find ones fit for your diet!
