Blacking out floor to ceiling windows
We live in a high rise in downtown Chicago and even though we have blinds for the floor to ceiling windows in our bedroom, the light pollution that creeps in does impact our sleep. How anyone have any suggestions of hacks for sealing off the windows? Sleeping masks don't work because neither of us can sleep with anything on our bodies. We also can't use aluminum foil like I've seen in some posts because it makes our place an absolute hotbox in the summer because the windows are East-facing. I know we are so high maintenance with this. The solution doesn't have to be cheap- we're willing to pay for good sleep!
