Needing a lot more sleep

I am on Day 5 of the Bulletproof diet and for the last three days i have needed to go to bed earlier, wake up later and crave a nap about two hours after lunch. What with the headache I'm having this morning and the fact that I didn't have a bowel movement yesterday, I'm concerned. The benefits I have noticed are sustained lack of hunger, weight loss and periods of high mental clarity. Any information would be helpful.
