Moving on beyond the Rapid Fat Loss Protocol
I'm currently on the rapid fat loss protocol and are seeing great results. Although I have plenty of fat to shift that is not the reason why I'm on it. Eating Bulletproof is not cheap or time efficient, so what's the point of being able to kick ass if all your time you could be using for kicking said ass is gone on cooking right? This protocol is both time and money efficient, but I will have to change it once I reach my desired fat ratio. I'd like to modify the protocol for normal use so when the time comes I can still enjoy the same time and money efficiency of the Rapid Fat Loss protocol. Does anybody have any ideas on this?
