Tapioca Pearls-Source of Resistant Starch?

Hi there - I am a religious reader and fan of bulletproof! I have a quick question - I've been making my own homemade BOBA tea using almond milk, fruit and veggie juices, bananas and of course tapioca pearls. I can't find anything like this on the internet - but wouldn't it stand to reason that cooked and cooled tapioca pearls would be a healthy source of resistant starch? Also does anyone have a source for organic large pearl tapioca? Thank you!
