Folks, I've been bulletproofing since February and down almost 20pounds (which is great).. Feel much better than I did before... but my weight has flatted out since June and its bounces up and down around an average of 199 pounds. I haven't made any changes to life style and still consuming little carbs per the guidelines. Although compliances may be off once in a while at a global level I'm trying to stick to the rules.. What maybe happening? I did notice that perhaps the flattening has happened after I incorporated bulletproof ice cream.. Would that be the reason I'm flattening perhaps?
PS: I do intermittent fasting and on some days I skip lunch completely (I dont feel super hungry on fatty coffee)
