Tinea Versicolor (YEAST AND BUTTER?)

Hi, recently I have been diagnosed with Tinea Versicolor. I have it all over my back and on some parts of my neck, chest and stomach. I only noticed it recently but did see one of the spots on my neck a couple weeks ago. So it's only an assumption that I started getting this rash a few weeks ago. I started BP coffee a couple months ago but just started using ghee in coffee and food for roughly the past month. Could this increase in ghee promote yeast growth since it promotes the excretion of a certain acid the yeast thrive on. Thank you. An antifungal cream along with an antifungal soap and tea tree oil are slowly fading the rash. Tolnaftate is the drug in the soap and cream.
