    My favorite part:

    Garlic, onion, allspice, and oregano were found to be the most potent spices: They inhibited or killed every bacterium they were tested on.

    It has me wondering why the bulletproof diet says to stay away from garlic unless we are sick. I personally get sick every year, and take ginger and garlic before flu season so as to not get sick. But once I'm healthy, I should not need to do so.
