BP diet and sleep
It's crazy. I eat a few carbs at the end of my BP diet day and I'm out like a light being turned off. This diet - I hesitate to call it a diet, it's more a lifestyle - really works.
I added intermittent fasting and lost 6 pounds in 7 days! My weight loss eventually plateaued, which was great because I didn't want to lose anymore weight, and my mental clarity, and general feeling of well being had increased greatly.
