Trying to figure out if there's a good potassium supplement out there. Dave recommends taking potassium together with magnesium, but doesn't mention dosage or recommended brand anywhere (or I can't find it).

But you could use Cream of Tartar (with zero additives). Easy to find in the shops (usually in the baking section).
Cream of tartar is potassium bitartrate. It's about 16.5% potassium by weight.
1 teaspoon of CoT weighs ~3.38 grams and will give you 556 mg of potassium.
