Easy Hollandaise Sauce

Forget that double boiler thing!

6 egg yolks
2 Tbs lemon juice

Blend in blender or with blender stick

1 cube butter - melt in microwave or stove top

Pour butter in slowly to egg mixture

Salt and cayenne pepper to taste!

Easy Poached Eggs -
Forget those little cup things!

Boil water - add a splash or two of vinegar (any kind will do)
Slowly drop the eggs in the water. They will congeal to themselves because of the vinegar.
Cook to desired doneness, 3-5 min.
Take out with a slotted spoon.

My family has been eating this every holiday for years!
