Recovering fast after an unintentional cheat meal
So I was not prepared this morning and so I had to order breakfast. Realized after the fact, that it wasn't so keto friendly. I am going to be over today by a lot...I haven't even had dinner and I feel sleepy. Looks like it is going to be a 45-50 carb day. Any tips how to get back into ketosis faster? I have to regroup, and follow it by the T now.
