Just started adding Brain Octane and Grass Fed Butter to my coffee. My early returns.
I started with butter alone and just today added the Octane. I must say maybe it's all a placebo effect but I feel like I have a ton of energy since starting to add even just the butter, almost jittery. I am hoping eventually it evens out a bit or I learn to control it better. Being a desk jockey and having to wait tell lunch to workout, sometimes the jitters are a little distracting. Anyway just wanted to share my thoughts.
