Strange black foam using Ghee instead Butter

Hi to everyone,
I'm trying from 3 days to use the Ghee instead Butter but I am not receiving the same results.
On the top of the coffee I find a strange black foam.
At the beginning I thought it was the coffee not filtered well but it is happened even the following times.

The ingredients are these and I'm using the inverted blender (NutriBullet 900) and I blends for 10 seconds:

  • Coffee
  • 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
  • 2-3 teaspoon of Ghee (conserved in the fridge)

I have attached some photos.

Is it normal? Am I doing something wrong?

  • The same thing happens to me!! But worse!.... (see images)
    I have read that is could be the ghee ( I am also using ghee, not butter) but Im not sure why no info warning that this would happen with ghee.
    Please let me know if you have found the answer because its not very attractive to drink like this..
