Strange black foam using Ghee instead Butter
Hi to everyone,
I'm trying from 3 days to use the Ghee instead Butter but I am not receiving the same results.
On the top of the coffee I find a strange black foam.
At the beginning I thought it was the coffee not filtered well but it is happened even the following times.
The ingredients are these and I'm using the inverted blender (NutriBullet 900) and I blends for 10 seconds:
- 1 tablespoon of Coconut Oil
- 2-3 teaspoon of Ghee (conserved in the fridge)
I have attached some photos.
Is it normal? Am I doing something wrong?
