Collagen Bars/Lunch Fatigue

I've been doing BPC for awhile now and usually struggle with maintaining mental energy after 1pm lunch or evening. I've been having a BP collagen bar for lunch but notice some brain fog/fatigue kick in right after. Any ingredients in these bars that could be causing this? What do you guys have for lunch that keeps you pushing and inexpensive?
