Science of CNS recovery

I think that a group about biohacking is the best place to ask such question.
What is the best way to keep the CNS fresh and ready for high intensity training sessions? I'm talking about maximal strength work, maximal power work and maximal speed. Also about skill training, where the athlete must be explosive but also relaxed to achieve high levels of coordination and speed.

    Look into monitoring grip strength

    This came up on a joe rogan podcast recently...cant remember with who...ben greenfield or jocko willink maybe.

    And charles poliquin has discussed it as well i believe

    Just starting to keep track myself after hearing this, and noticing a correlation between heavy training and losing grip strength when/where it didn't make sense otherwise.
