changed from butter to ghee
I didn't notice that you use less ghee than butter in the recipe. I switched from suspect butter to ghee but didn't notice the portion difference! So I have been putting 1 TABLESPOON of ghee instead of a teaspoon. I will change it tomorrow. But is this detrimental.? What are the possible effects of this? My coffee is super oily and not as good as with butter...but I feel really tired....I THINK that is possibly due to not being hydrated enough* although I thought I was*...but is there a correlation other wise.
