my sleep

Hello friends. I have been quite stressed about my work and my family lately so I have lost sleep and have insufficient sleep. Can you give me advice on how to effectively fix sleep? thank you!

  • Easiest way to fix you sleep cycle is to go camping for a few days. You will re-sync with the sun like you are suppose to.
    Otherwise black out curtains with a progressive wake up alarm clock. Artificial light is your enemy.

  • I am having a hard time sleeping lately, I usually wake up at 2:00 am then sleep again after browsing the internet.

  • You should go to the bed as early as possible and turn off all wifi router and electronic device before bed.
