Easiest way to fix you sleep cycle is to go camping for a few days. You will re-sync with the sun like you are suppose to.
Otherwise black out curtains with a progressive wake up alarm clock. Artificial light is your enemy.
I am having a hard time sleeping lately, I usually wake up at 2:00 am then sleep again after browsing the internet.
You should go to the bed as early as possible and turn off all wifi router and electronic device before bed.
