Bulletproof Coffee and Ghee (Black scum on surface)
I have a dairy intolerance and would like to try coffee with Ghee, currently make with Butter and feel a bit queazy after drinking it. I'm UK based so due to EU legislation I can't purchase Bulletproof Ghee. I've tried making my own ghee and have also purchased two different brands of ghee both Grass fed organic but have had exactly the same issue with all three. When I blend the coffee I end up with a black oily scum on the surface of the coffee does anyone ahve any suggestions or fixes to get rid of this?
