Is All Grass Fed Butter Bp?

http://www.tricklingspringscreamery.com/products/homemade-butter

This is the easiest butter for me to get GF butter. They serve Pennsylvania, Maryland, West Virginia, District of Columbia, & Northern Virginia with milk from grass-fed, happy cows (& hormone free, etc.) They say it's made of "91% butterfat." What does that mean? What are we to look for when looking for BP grass fed butter? So would this be considered BP? Thank you!!!

You should call them and ask some questions, it looks legit to me. 91% butter fat is sufficient for sure! Why don't you ask them what the other 9% is, I'd like to know!

Everything I learned about "biohacking" has been baby steps to "circadian biology", that's where the real biohacking comes in. You can buy a bunch of cool shit to "hack" but if you don't have context, you're not winning. Paleo is just a brand now and too many have opinions, it's on you to read and reread the material to not only find truth but to connect the dots. Much love to everyone who has helped me on my journey for restoring my health, please keep in touch. Feel free to message me with health questions [email protected]

  • Water would make up most of that 9% I think...

Wow, that stuff looks delicious.  It looks incredibly rich and creamy.

Be sure to find out if it is grass-fed and grass-finished too. Some dodgy people grass-feed their cows for the label, then finish them off with grain (although this usually happens with meat rather than butter).

    Grain turns everything to shit!

  • There is also a .5% trans fat, how does this translate in the GF butter world? It is excellent butter.i just grabbed some while visiting Germantown, MD. But how to get more is a troublesome challenge. It is far better than kerrygold. Which rumor holds they don't always GF the cows. Anchor is also another excellent source of GF butter.
