Together they worked on a ketone salt that induces ketosis. I Just listened to a podcast of Ben Greenfield and Dr.d'agostino, where Ben Greenfield mentions he takes your oxaloacetate. Dr. Dom mentions that he takes a capyrlic acid oil of another label with his ketone salt, but did not seem aware of you or your brain octane.

  • A good guest in regards to mercury detox would be Dr. Chris Shade of quicksilver scientific, he seems like he has a lot of knowledge and expirience and could have a good discussion regarding glutathione systems etc.

Looks great. The author would be worth an interview or two.

Edit: Haha, now that I read my post it looks like those spams. But it is not!!!

  • I second Jack Kruse. I personally think he is brilliant, with just enough crazy thrown in to keep things interesting.
  • The problem with Jack Kruse is that Dave would need at least 4 hours just to ask him what his top 3 recommendations are

  • Dare I suggest Dr Joseph Mercola? Don't ban me, please! ;)

I wonder if anyone higher up reads this thread or if we're all posting ideas for nothing/Evan to take? ;-)

  • Jason MillerJason Miller Mother nature isn't stupid mod

Dr. Perlmutter - Grain Brain author, good read.

My Crossfit auto template programming here, body composition coaching through Eat to Perform here,
  • i recommend to everyone to follow Dr. Perlmutter on facebook. He posts every day pretty much and is constantly posting newer and updated science.
  • Dave should have Josh Whiton back on. That podcast was very influential in getting me in to all this stuff.

  • Ok I have just discovered who this Jolly guy is and he needs to be on the podcast!

Also Layne Norton would be awesome.

  • Anyone else just miss the Q&A session podcasts? I found these very helpful as they packed a large variety of helpful information into just one hour. I would love to simply see more of these.

As far as a guest goes I would like to see someone on talking about executive level, bulletproof daily routines. Possibly one of Daves executive coaching clients.

  • StevoStevo Upgrade in Progress

Yes we are due for one soon!

Not sure if mentioned already, but Ramiel Nagel (author of Cure Tooth Decay) should be on the show - he's done a few other podcasts already.

I would find the transcripts extremely helpful. I don't have time to listen to podcasts, and also not a good listener, I prefer reading. Found some transcripts and loved them but they are discontinued.

Today I officially became a Jack Kruse fan. Listened to him through two Ben Greenfield podcasts, and then now this one. I feel the same that lyleg wrote.

Edit: this means a lot because I hardly have the occasion to listen to podcasts but missing these is not an option.

  • How about Dr. Rosedale of VLC fame?  It'd be interesting to hear him discuss with Dave the utility of any amount of starch, and to hear Dave confront him with carb back-loading.

  • i recommend to everyone to follow Dr. Perlmutter on facebook. He posts every day pretty much and is constantly posting newer and updated science.

He lost me at "nuts are incredibly high in Omega-3s that power up the brain" (never mind most have more O-6 and their O-3 isn't the long form that humans can use without conversion).  LOL.

  • How about going to some of the early roots of the bio/brain-hacking:

    Art DeVany

    Durk Pearson & Sandy Shaw.

  • Marti Laney Psy. D on the Introvert Personality

  • I hope Andy Hnilo comes on again for part 2.
