I'm eating between 1lb and 1.5lb daily of grass-fed meat. Plus loads of quality fats and vegetables, I just feel great. (I'm the guy with the +10 years of hypoglycemic symptoms).
I understand most of the reasons why you put these kinds of meats on the leftmost part of the graphic. But I wonder if I'm overloading my kidneys with the proteins and what the long time effects might be. I'm taking digestive enzymes (Now Foods) just in case.
