I'm thinking of trying it before sleep for the various fat loss, etc benefits. Anyone know?
stuff I uses says take on an empty stomach and heard you should take it away from other proteins. So not sure how easy it'll be to take before bed. 2-3hrs to empty your stomach and not protein wouldn't work for me pre-bed. I take mine mid-morning and late afternoon. Shouldn't knock you out of ketosis for the morning portion. I try and take 3 pills twice-a-day. Haven't tried the powdered stuff.

katolotus, as a protein it definitely won't knock you out of ketosis. I'm concerned about its effect on mTOR which is one of the benefits of the Intermittent Fast:

Pierre, the expectation wouldn't be that it would inhibit it, but that it would lessen the decrease you'd get in mTOR activity from the fast.
