Ketosis, Hunger And Nausea
On my fourth day of BPC fasting. I've been in varying states of ketosis even when I refeed with carbs because of feeling sick or dizzy. Here's my million dollar question: I'm nearly always hungry a few hours later after I eat. I've tried adding more butter and mct oil but it makes sick. So what's the advice for the hunger while I get use to eating more fat?
my BPC coffee is: 2tbls kerrygold butter and one tbls MCT with 500ml of coffee, 20 drops of liquid stevia, and a dash of upgraded vanilla.
I tried just adding 1 more tbls of butter, no go. Tried adding just a half tbls spoon of mct, no go.
