Bp Or Bp Fail? :)

Aloha all~

Have a few random "BP or BP Fail" food questions: (1) Nori (roasted seaweed- no oils, no MSG, no soy - just dried/roasted seaweed) and (2) NuSalt (aka: KCl, potassium chloride) - which could be both a potassium supplement & way to balance out sodium intake... what do folks think?
