Dairy Allergy & Butter

I have an allergy to dairy (iGg). Should I avoid grass-fed butter?


  • Yes, avoid butter and try using grass-fed ghee instead. Ghee has no lactose or casein and should be a lot easier for you to digest.

    The most widely available brand is probably 'Purity Farm Organic Ghee", which they sorta claim is grass-fed but I have my doubts.

    I prefer a brand called 'Pure Indian Grassfed Organic Ghee", which is harder to find and much more expensive, but it's a higher quality product.
