Molasses And Aloe Vera

I've seen molasses and aloe vera touted for various benefits.

Molasses promoted primarilly as a rich source of minerals (namely phosphorus and iron).

Aloe Vera juice reported to boost immune system, have detox properties and contains anti-inflammatory properties which restore and promote gut health.

Any insights? Eperience on adding (or not) to the diet? Bulletproof?
