I think you should consider the podcast circuit. I think you are knowledgeable enough to go on Dave's podcast and some related ones. I bet if you did that you'd drum up lots of interest.
OK I'll be that guy
I've seen your posts on this forum and learned quite a bit reading them. I have no doubt whatsoever that you know what you're talking about, and a book by you would be full of excellent content.
The opening paragraph to your pitch on Indiegogo has at least one spelling mistake, one grammatical error and a couple of examples of questionable sentence construction. This isn't a great start to raise money to publish a book. I do not wish to insult you and hope you take no offence. I would take some time and review your pitch for simple mistakes that can be easily rectified.
I hope your fundraising is a success !
Pm the changes if you can. I'll send you the modification I have made.

I went back and corrected everything I believe. Anything I should do or add to it?

Temperance is right;
If you want your book to be taken seriously, get an editor to rigorously correct the manuscript before your publish. I don't just mean looking for typos etc. -- your writing style (as shown in the pitch) is hard to parse and awkward at times.
Businesses and top authors know this. For example; the World Health Organisation assumes that scientists/researchers are lousy writers, so have whole departments dedicated to rewriting and clarifying articles and papers before they are published.
Maybe it's unfair, but people will assume that sloppy writing is a sign of sloppy thinking. You do your work a great disservice if you let loose writing distract the reader from the great information you provide. Poorly written arguments are unconvincing.
I look forward to reading your book.
Good luck with it.
I will hire an editor, this will be the first thing I will do with the money raised after I am finished writing the book.

You could post an intro at the blogs/comment sections of 'science' based bloggers like;
Kresser
Wolf
Sisson
LaLonde
Jaminet
Ancestral Health
Seth Roberts
etc
But maybe you'd have to introduce yourself first, or they'd think you're a spammer.
Also, there is a growing awareness that gut health influences things like Autism, some of the communities around that and other related conditions could be interested in your work.
