Wheat/grain Elimination : Early Signs Of Success

I've finally eliminated wheat and other grains from my diet. While my blood pressure was never high enough to do more than raise the eyebrow of my mid-stage disease detector primary care doctor, it was very consistently above the "high" mark at 130-145/80/86. Very consistently. Not much would eleveate it. With some meditation and careful elimination of all movement for 15 minutes or so I could get it down just below the "high" threshold.



Low and behold, if after less than a week of going wheat free it was 129/72 on Friday and 126/70 this morning. I'll keep measuring and see if it's consistent. What I'm really waiting for is my before and after lipid profile (including particle size, which I know was hevily concentrated on the "dangerous" small side about a year ago).
