I'd make a site for yourself, like chriskresser.com or whatever his is, and then make one for the book, whatever it's called that redirects to your own page so you don't lose any traffic for people that go that way.
Ultimately you'll be selling yourself, and the books will just be products you have that belong to the whole "John William Brisson" brand, which could include services like consultations, this book and any future books, any supplements you decide to make Dave-style, etc.
Alternatively you could name it something like upgradedgut.com or something like that, and treat the whole thing like bulletproof.com, but I don't know. I assume that Dave divides it like this so he can say that the bulletproofexec.com is all free info, and not selling anything, and then bulletproof is the place that sells stuff, which is separate but still part of it kinda.
