Casein Hydrolysate

Seems to me that casein hydrolysate is the hot product in bodybuilding at the moment because it is pre-digested and enters the bloodstream faster during and post workout


Does anyone know about the safety of this? Does it comes with the same negatives that are associated with Casein.


 


I think I know the answer here but am interested in views of those on here interested in building muscle.
