MSM is much cheaper if you buy the powdered form made for horses. Also easier to take in higher quantities when it's powdered -- I typically mix a tablespoon in water with my lunch, which is about 12 grams.
Also, no turmeric/curcumin?
Those were just the notes I had taken from the call. I'm certainly open to adding more to get it under control. Appreciate the tip on MSM, I'll be sure to give that a try.
