Hair Shedding

So it's been over 3 months on BP diet. When I started the BP one of the things that was a real pleasant surprise to me was the even mild hair shedding stopped. but recently it is back with a vengeance. I do not eat any starch, but did recently have some plantains out of concern that I'm not getting enough carbs. I take the collagen and BP whey, not daily, but a few times a week. Anyone have any insights?

  • No insights, sorry. But I have a bit of similar experience. My skin got nice and soft initially but after about a month it got dry again and my hair "loss to comb" count went up.



    I'm going to really extrapolate and say that I must be doing something wrong FOR ME. Just have to figure it out.
  • I started tracking things and notice that I just have shedding seasons.



    Another thing too - hair loss can be a reaction to hormone release from weight loss, from low serum protein, or from low ferritin, among eighty zillion other things it seems :}
