So it's been over 3 months on BP diet. When I started the BP one of the things that was a real pleasant surprise to me was the even mild hair shedding stopped. but recently it is back with a vengeance. I do not eat any starch, but did recently have some plantains out of concern that I'm not getting enough carbs. I take the collagen and BP whey, not daily, but a few times a week. Anyone have any insights?
