My fiancee made me some bp pumpkin pies and tarts. I mean they are gluten free and we made everything excluding the gluten free flour. They taste great but they are missing the whipped cream topping lol. Can anyone help?

You could try sour cream? Just be careful to check how it's made (i.e. actually fermented) and for any nasty additives. Sour cream whipped up with some raw honey? Or see podcast 47 with Jordan Rubin...
