Alternatives To Butter?
I love my mornings now that I drink BP coffee, I have lost loads of weight and am approaching my ideal weight for my height without exercise - but I think I am becoming allergic to dairy. I'm getting some issues with brain fog and becoming wheezy. When I leave out the butter from my BP coffee the problems go away but I love the butter and it seems to help with stomach inflammation also.
I tried making ghee (boiling off the milk solids etc) the reaction is not as severe but still builds up after a few days, is there any decent alternative to butter?
or can I add a butyrate supplement to my coffee?
I can't face life with normal coffee again
