looks interesting...i've used nettle tea many times for it's mineralizing abilities and general nourishment, especially through my pregnancies. sometimes it constipates me which i don't really understand. i'm wondering if the nettle tea you list in your ingredients is 2 tablespoons of the prepared nettle tea (infusion) or 2 tablespoons of dried nettles?
i like nettle soup...only had it a couple times but it was really tasty. one of these days i need to get off my ass and go collect some nettles to make my own. too late to do it this year i think.
