New Study Shows Processed Meat Lowers Sperm Count

I don't know how the study was designed (might be purely correlational, which would obviously have all sorts of confounds based on generally healthy diet practices of those who tend not to eat processed meats), but this study suggests that eating such meats tends to lower sperm count.  It's consistent with Dave's recommendations not to eat such meats:

Yea...I didn't have a baseline before going BP lol I wonder if the amount of sperm generated can tell you about your health in general. Either way, quality over quantity!! lol

Everything I learned about "biohacking" has been baby steps to "circadian biology", that's where the real biohacking comes in. You can buy a bunch of cool shit to "hack" but if you don't have context, you're not winning. Paleo is just a brand now and too many have opinions, it's on you to read and reread the material to not only find truth but to connect the dots. Much love to everyone who has helped me on my journey for restoring my health, please keep in touch. Feel free to message me with health questions [email protected]
