I just started using Breakaway Matcha. It's a divine drinking experience. I blend a heaping 1/4 tsp in an Oster with 4 tbsp Kerrygold, 1/2 tsp vanilla powder, 2.5 tbsp MCT, and two cups of nearly-boiling water. It stays warm for a few hours in a good thermos and has a nice froth. (I divide the drink in half.) Because I am essentially using it as a BP drink, I buy the less expensive type because the fat can mask some of the more complex flavors of the fine matcha vintage they carry. http://www.breakawaymatcha.com/shop/

I agree, I just started using Breakway Matcha without butter (to date). It is great. You can also use an Aerolatte to make to blend it (I will also be trying a bamboo whisk too).
