Something To Take With Bpc For Brain Health?

Is there anything I can take with the BPC in the mornings to increase mental energy etc?


 


Looking around online I notice ginkgo and hawthorne have an effect on blood circulation and don't need to be taken on an empty stomach.  Piracetam, hydergine, choline combo need to be taken on an empty stomach so no good.  Lions mane mushroom seems promising but not sure how to take it for maximum efficacy.
