Manner Of Coffee Preparation And Sweeteners

I normally make my morning coffee not with a coffee maker but rather on the stove, in an italian-style percolator (the one that has two chambers: water, upon heating, passes through coffee from a lower chamber into the upper chamber). I like my coffee best this way. It is rather strong, so there is no way I could make (and drink) 500 ml as the recipe calls.

So, my question is - would the coffee be still considered 'bulletproof' if I adjust the quantity of butter and MCA and use coffee prepared in this manner?

I also take Stevia with my morning coffee. Is it an ok sweetener for it, or it should be consumed black, with no sweetener? And just in general - which sweeteners are ok (if they are ok)? Sugar? Honey? Splenda?
