I was curious if anyone would know for a fact if any of this is possibly true..

1. If your normal routine is small amount of cardio and eating more each day, while laying back and relaxing. Then your seeing positive results...losing weight...feeling great..sleeping well..etc.. However then the next day you do a huge cleaning that requires lifting and moving things around for about an hour or hour and half. The next day your heavier.... Does this mean your muscles are retaining water weight or is it the extra food?
I figure its water retained in the muscles, but I wonder if anyone else knows for sure.
2. If your having a lot of protein with not enough fat........Does the body have a difficult time digesting it without enough fat in the meal as well?
