So I started on December 26th with a weight of 217 lbs and I am down to an even 200 lbs with very little exercise except for a day hike usually every thursday. My days usually look like this:
6:00 am - Wake up - 1L water
6:30 am - BP Chai tea (Pukka brand). Supplements: Garden of life mens multi (x2), Now D3, Kelp powder tablet (whole foods brand), Now Zinc, Source Naturals Selenium.
11:30 am - 2 - 3 soft boiled eggs, 1/2 avocado, cilantro & celery. 1L water
6:00 pm - Large salad with grass fed beef and a home made dressing, 1/2 avocado. 1L water
11:00 pm - Garden of life mens multi (x2), Ancient Minerals magnesium oil (rubbed onto wrists).
11:15 - 11:30 pm - Bed (I work a 2pm to 10pm shift so sometimes it is hard to relax right away.
Anyway I was wondering if anyone can give advice on any tweaks as obviously I am still learning. Thanks
