Effects Of Calories On Bpd

does the intake of mct oil still work the same way for females, and do we have to worry about calories more for weight loss even if we are near our goal, not trying to gain muscle more then so keeping the lean amount on and having that runners body.



Does the extra fat keep us from getting fat or musclular, and does the MCT added to every meal help burn off weight as well, or making a meal less caloric when added to each plate?




I just started using Mct today and notice the instant heat up like having hot sauce, but wondering if it is going to be bad to add that and unlimited fat like as plan indacates good for everyone a bad idea...
